Connecting to Wi-Fi

The A1 connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. If your router combines 2.4 and 5 GHz under one name, temporarily split them or make sure the 2.4 GHz band is enabled.

Cloud vs LAN-only mode

  • Cloud mode lets you start and watch prints from anywhere through Bambu Handy.
  • LAN-only mode keeps everything on your home network. You need the printer's access code from the screen to connect from Bambu Studio.

Printer shows offline

  1. Check the printer's Wi-Fi status on its screen.
  2. Restart the router and the printer.
  3. Make sure the computer and the printer are on the same network — guest networks usually block device-to-device traffic.
