Unboxing

1. Lift the K1C out by its frame, not by the lid or the glass door.
2. Remove the foam inside the chamber and the screws that lock the print bed for shipping — the bed will not move freely until they are out.
3. Fit the lid and the spool holder on the back.

Self-check

On first boot the setup wizard runs a self-check: it tests the heaters and fans, measures resonance for input shaping with the built-in accelerometer, and runs automatic bed leveling. Let it finish without opening the door or touching the printer.

First print

Load filament through the back filament sensor, connect the printer to Wi-Fi and Creality Print, and start one of the sample models from the touchscreen.

Tip: For PLA, print with the lid off or the door open. The closed chamber gets warm enough for PLA to soften in the extruder and clog.
