Common Print Quality Problems & Fixes

Identify the defect with the Print Defect Visual Glossary.

• PLA clogging in a warm chamber: open the top vent or the door. PrusaSlicer's PLA profiles for the Core One manage the chamber, but warm rooms still need ventilation.
• ABS/ASA warping: close the vents, preheat the chamber and use the recommended sheet. The enclosure is the main reason to choose the Core One over the MK4.
• First layer issues: clean the sheet with isopropyl alcohol and re-run the first-layer test.
